The Trust officer is responsible for generating new trust business.
This position is also responsible for the administration of personal and corporate
trusts, probate estates and court ordered guardianship accounts in accordance
with the terms of a trust agreement, will or court order. This includes
consulting with attorneys, accountants, investment advisors and others in order
to properly administer the account. The trust officer is responsible for the
collection of all assets, directing disbursements, investment and monitoring of
assets, and assures all debts and taxes are paid. They also work with
accountants for the completion of all federal and state tax returns.

The Marketing Communications Manager serves as brand steward for all designated internal and external company communications and will be responsible for: strategic planning, ideation, creation, design and measurement of all marketing and corporate communications. Projects include but are not limited to: campaigns, public relations, merchandising, newsprint,
video, web content, brochures, sales presentation, collateral in branches, forms and business documents. Responsible for evaluating and implementing communications department procedures and systems and making improvements for more effective and efficient methods. Manages projects within department budget as set by the VP, Corporate Marketing. Collects information and prepares
department reports as directed.
Must have background in Commercial lending products from a Bank.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Advanced skills
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) QuarkExpress.
Working knowledge of color postscript printers including wide-format printers.
Working knowledge of HTML, web analytics, etc. Web design and Social Media experience a plus.
